As a developper working on an Identity Selector, I'm often a bit confused on which functions to call in what order to correctly do things like issuing a self-issued InfoCard, or how do I get an InfoCard from a roaming InfoCard etc.

Simple examples of such actions would be helpful, at least to me ^^.
